STEP 1 - Needs Assessment

Since our program is customizable the first step is to identify your needs.

What are the main issues you are addressing? Are you trying to make an academic impact or are you trying to engage social justice issues? Are you trying to just beautify your environment or are you attempting to build a team dynamic amongst the participants? What is the end result you are expecting?

STEP 2 - Identify the Solution

Contact Us. Our team will spend time with you assessing your needs. Through this process we can customize a solution to fit your needs. This solution will usually fall within the template our three main service vehicles. However, we can work with you to identify the most appropriate workshop, curriculum or track for your organization.

STEP 3 - Review Budget & Fundraising

After a clear assessment of your needs and the proper solution, we can offer you a clear budget. With a firm budget in place, your organization can start to identify where monies for the project can come from. This will often include identifying community and corporate sponsors who can serve as participants and volunteers, but can also assist with the fiscal needs of the project. We are willing to sit down with you and assist in mapping out a fundraising plan.

**Our proposed budget will usually include material costs, artist fees, administrative expenses and travel when applicable.

STEP 4 - Finding Space

Whether we are working on a smaller scale canvas mural or a full size wall mural, our art projects always require space. We need a room that allows for large group activity, has floors that cannot be damaged, and has access to plenty of water. We work with acrylic paint. This type of paint is water soluble, but does need immediate attention if it is spilled. We need enough room so that the creative process does not feel crowded and chaotic. We also want there to be good ventilation in our workspace. These paints are not toxic like oil or solvent based materials, but they still offer a slight odor.
